Yiannakis Kokkinos founded Yiannakis Kokkinos Ltd in 1967 in Famagusta, where he established a highly successful building material business.

The Turkish invasion in 1974 forced the company to close its business in Famagusta, and lose all its assets and stock. Yiannakis Kokkinos being a positive, enthusiastic businessman succeeded shortly after the tragic events of 1974 to re-establish the company, in Limassol. The company progressively developed new markets and by 1992 its product range included to door fittings furniture items and later wood flooring.

In May 2002, Paraskevas Kokkinos became the sole shareholder of the company, succeeding in establishing the company as the biggest company in interior design materials.

By enhancing its ranges with more contemporary merchandise� - including flooring, acrylic surfaces, sliding door and cabinet fittings, doors, hardware, suspended ceilings, partitions and raised floors - the company grew significantly, and now ranks as one of Cyprus largest decorative material suppliers with the most comprehensive range of products.

Despite its success, the goals of the company remain high - primarily to continuously update and develop its range of decorative materials and to encourage the development and productivity of its staff members - with a view to making Yiannakis Kokkinos Ltd the prime source of interior and exterior design products.
